This is the Multi-Award Winning Home that we built on the edge of Lake Macquarie, NSW.

This residence was architecturally designed to take advantage of its magnificent surroundings.

The dwelling consists of two areas linked by a central stair case and lift.

Concrete and block work construction is used throughout, this allows for the storage of sun to heat the interior. There are cooling breezes internally created by the use of Glass louvres and bifold doors.

This home integrates the internal and external spaces.

One of the main features of the residence is the recycled black butt with stainless steel plates and fittings which were scribed and routed flush throughout the residence.

The residence has a feature of internal polished block work on one side of the stairwell and on the other side of the stairwell has zinc panels rising from the lower floor through to the top floor.

Whilst the lower and mid level is suspended concrete and blocks. The top level is a combination of shot blasted block work and structural steel.

Through the residence there are plantation shutters which are used as a dividing wall, privacy screens and weather screens.
