McGowan Homes builds another new home at Hope Island, Qld.

Our client wanted to build their first investment home.  We designed and built this lovely investment home to suite our clients land and budget.  The home comprises of living area, media room, 4 bedrooms, main with ensuite and robe, alfresco, ducted air conditioning and quality fixtures and fittings including a 90cm European designed stainless steel freestanding oven / cooktop with range hood.

When building with McGowan Homes we offer our clients the choice to select their colour schemes, fixtures and fittings from our ranges or they may wish to select their own. We are custom home builders which gives you choices.  We build to your needs, wants and budget.

We have really enjoyed working with our client and being able to build their first investment home.
